Akar joins Antler Indonesia

Shortly after the pivot to indoor farming, Akar entered Antler’s early-stage programme.

What we know

Akar reported investment from Antler Cohort 2 in November 2022 (MIT Solve). Its current website lists "Antler Indonesia · Cohort 2" among partners and backers and says the company graduated from the cohort in 2022 (akarfarm.com).

Yunus&Youth wrote that Antler "took immediate notice of Akar’s potential. They were shortly incubated and have scaled their business over the past two years" (2024).
